District Project

The New Jersey District of Key Club International has chosen the Eliminate Project as our District Project for the 2014-2015 service year. With the help of UNICEF, Kiwanis International plans to rid the world of maternal and neonatal tetanus.

Advocacy

According to Key Club International, Advocacy is “speaking on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves”. For the 2014-2015 service year, the New Jersey District Board has chosen hunger in the United States as its advocacy focal point. Rather than just fundraising, this campaign aims to conduct service projects. Through hands-on experience, we strive to change hunger in the United States.

Preferred Charities

Key Club International has three preferred charities. Along with fundraising, we work alongside these charities to raise awareness about various world matters. The three charities are: Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, March of Dimes, and UNICEF.

Senior Citizen Prom

On June 6th, the Mount Olive Key Club held their annual Senior Citizen Prom. Aided by local restaurants and businesses, the event was highly successful. Club members served food and chatted with attendees. After dinner, the seniors had the opportunity to have their pictures taken in order to commemorate the event.
